What is the most efficient way to convert Hive into UST (Terra) and the other way around?

First get your HIVE onto BSC via LEO.

Then you can easily buy UST on BSC using Cub Finance

Once you have your UST on Terra, you can then also use that to buy LUNA if you like.

Imo, Leo's move to BSC doesn't get enough credit for opening up the Hive ecosystem to the entire crypto universe.
