Yes but you may be called a conspiracy theorist...
Calling people weird labels to discredit them is lame. doesn't mean it doesn't happen, but it's either funny trolling or pointless words.

Edward Bernese worked out the value of labels a long time ago and its still a favourite tactic. I've been called that for more than 20 years so i think of it as a compliment, given that we are pretty much proven right every time!
