Excellent idea and I'm sure with some tweaking it might actually be able to hold a lot of weight.

Thank you very much for your post and definitely tag me in your further work because having a community for intentional communities on the blockchain to reward people that have a dream to own land and share with other human beings.

This work trade idea has some amazing merits. Personally I would love to go hang out and help you out for a while. Then we could both grow not only with this blockchain connection but also in reality.
