Earlier I used to go for morning walk but from the last week of December I have stopped going because it is getting cold and I am becoming lazy to get up early in the morning. Now the weather getting better, then will make plan to go for morning walk. But to tell you the truth, I do a lot of physical activity, like my house is on the third floor, live up and down stairs many times in a day. And in the short term, being active can help me day-to-day functioning, from better mood to sharper focus to peaceful sleep.

I am with you in this statement @gargi. Running has so many benefits in our body but sometimes, our laziness will really strike us. But you really did a great job getting back at your pace.
