They are coins that are created in the different blockchains, with an apparent use case, but what they are looking for is investors, to then, knock down the Dapp for example and disappear with the money. That is a chitcoin

Yes, something similar, although there are many methods of scams nowadays that can be applied, but, that is one of the known cases.
