How long until a premium gift is activated after the 10 HBD were sent. I still have 9 days of Premium. Do I need to wait until ends to get another?

currently I think you have to wait.

Yes, you have to wait to upgrade to premium again after it runs out. There is currently no option to extend this ahead of time.
