Misleading & Harmful information is what we normally get if we see someone got suspended on Twitter which I am not sure what is misleading and harmful from the point of view of gatekeepers.

Misleading and Harmful from someone living in Japan, may not be the same case who are living in Germany.

A decentralized community gatekeeper will be the best deal
