It used to have a mobile app but then the UI changed a lot so it's not working now.
I think i have used it before . but im afraid another party used it for scam . The developer was from another party .

If you're on mobile, I recommend creating or saving your draft anywhere safe. And if it's ready to post, just copy-paste it on the Leo UI to publish. Some people are losing their drafts.
Its happen to me and i didnt used phone for publishing any more .
It's best to copy things before clicking on the "publish" button so if its fails, it's easy to paste it again
