There is a direct relationship between HP and Resource Credits. I don't know exactly what is the "ratio" but, the more Hive Power you have, the more Resource Credits you have.

In a situation where I my resource credit level is 25%. My post pays out and I claim 5HP added to my previous balance of HP. Why is it that the resource credit level remains the same?
Perhaps 5HP is not enough to move the bar but I can't say for sure. I just know that they are related but I don't know the ratio as I mentioned

hive power is what gives you rc. Now that rc is not unlimited but the amount of rc you have depends on the hp you have. If you have less hp your rc will be little this when you use all you have to wait till it recharges cause it’s limited

HP pay out should increase my RC level I think.

Hive power is what determines aw many resource credits you got. Hive power also determines what you get from curation. Resource credit is what determines how far you can engage on the hive platform. I hope i am making sense

RC helps you to post while Hp helps you earn curation rewards. Also, the higher your hive power, the quicker your RC will be filled up when it goes down.

I'm not sure but I think it's about percentage.
Like when you have 10% RC and your Power increase 1 HP, you'll only receive 10% of the increase. Your increased RC will be as if you got 0.1 HP, and you'll have to wait for it to recharge.
But this is just my theory, I think so because when I have %50 RC, it feels as if any new RC I get doesn't change the percentage by much if at all.
