How does one find their way to financial success with no mentors in life?

in LeoFinance3 years ago

When you're trying to improve your career, it's a lot easier to do so with someone who has already been there and done that. There are no shortcuts in life, but with the right people in your life, you can make your journey a lot easier. It's not an easy task to be successful in the long run, but it's a lot easier when you have someone who has been through it all before you.

Right now you might be finding it difficult to get a mentor in the field you want to pursue. And you might consider giving up on those dreams, goals, and aspirations, but in my opinion, you shouldn't. You may not find physical mentors to interact with, but you can find virtual ones in the pages of books.

Therefore, if you want to be financially successful and you can't access folks who are successful financially to be your mentors, consider reading. In the pages of books, you'll find the answers that will guide you to become successful.

You don't have to be physically near them to be mentored, and you don't have to be physically close to them in age either. The most important thing is to be reading and soaking in their knowledge. That's the best way to become successful in the long run.

You might not be able to become financially successful through the path you’re on now, but you can read about the experiences of others who have, and learn from them. You can also write your books by documenting your experiences and lessons learned. There are many ways to become successful, and reading is one of them.

You can build a network of resources that will act in place of mentors for you.

Look online for people who are interested in the same things you are and begin chatting with them. You can start small by asking them questions, sharing your experience, and learning as much as you can from them. Going through this process will give you access to an ever-growing network of people who care about your career and value your journey. Remember to be open and genuine, and don’t be afraid to ask for a reference or advice if needed. These are people who want to see you succeed and will be happy to offer advice or help you in any way they can.

Another great way to build a network of people who will act as mentors for you is by joining online communities. You can find blogs, Facebook groups, Instagram groups, and of course, Hive communities that focus on your career path and begin engaging with their members. These are the types of groups where you can ask questions, seek advice, and build a network of people who care about your career.

It can be discouraging to think that you might not be able to do something on your own. And it’s easy to feel like you’ll never be good enough, especially if you’re comparing yourself to others. But the truth is that you already have the ability. It’s up to you to put yourself above the rest.

To be honest it’s not easy trying to navigate a chosen career or path on your own. Having someone who understands the journey you’re making and cares enough to give you guidance is truly a blessing.

Thanks for the pointers on how to build a network of people who could be instrumental to our financial growths.

I am glad you agree. Not having someone who knows the rope of your supposed business or career to guide you can make the journey difficult, tasking, and even draining.

But we can find help through books, and access to communities that will help us grow

Thanks for the pointers on how to build a network of people who could be instrumental to our financial growths.

I am glad it was helpful. You are welcome. Thanks for visiting.

What I would say is take aside the comparison between you and friends it doesn't make sense it would just be there to eat you up!
Find your passion, put consistency and engagement like no other!... no matter the little results you get appreciate it and use it to fund other things!... You can be ur mentor... It's when you feel like you lost it then you look for a lift! But honestly it's not easy alone... Tbh

Honestly, it's not easy to be on the Journey to success alone. But if one doesn't find a physical mentor, they can make do with the books, podcasts, videos, etc.

And you are right, we should grow on our own pace instead of trying to compete with our friends.

Thanks alot for contributing babe. I appreciate. 💚💚

Absolutely welcome hunny!

You're welcome @iskafan, it's well deserved! Have a nice weekend 🌹

This is a really educative write up @iskafan. All what you've said is true but most people even me prefer physical guardians but like you said, it's still possible to get a mentor online and thinking about it now, it's kind of better.

Thank you sharing this with us at dreemport. I'm glad I came across this.

Thanks for visiting teem leeder. I appreciate. Yes, if we can't find a physical mentor, we can get online ones, and it will be a good decision. Thanks coming again. 💚💚

Yeah I think is a really good decision getting a mentor online.

I enjoyed reading through this dear, thanks for sharing 🤗🤗.

it’s easy to feel like you’ll never be good enough, especially if you’re comparing yourself to others.

THIS here... there is no point comparing yourself to someone else because we all have a unique package to offer, we just need to believe in it and leverage it to the best of our ability. Mentors definitely can help to guide us in choosing the best paths to take to achieve our goals. And we don't have to find someone with the full package either. We could have many mentors, each exhibiting well a quality, skillset, or value that we appreciate and would like to learn how to emulate and apply. So be open to seeking out the layers that you hope to find... but not necessarily all in the same place or person. Aim to learn from and assimilate the best from the rest and use it to strengthen your own position. !LUV !PIZZA
