Yea, it's actually not very simple. I believe @rob23 is in the process of creating a tribe and he said somewhere that it's tricky and there are not many places to learn from.

I agree. It could be difficult for people who are doing it for the first time. I Hope @rob23 figures it out for all of us. Need to check his latest post, I think he has started sharing his experience about this.

The process is not easy in the slightest. However, I have spoken to some very intelligent individuals who have given me solid pointers. I am slowly beginning to figure it out, but I am expecting some bumps along the way even after the site is launched

Yes you need to spend money for creating tribes. I remember SPI saying they were willing to help with the funding issue after you set up everything. The VIBES tokens in the Music for Life community was funded that way.

Okay. That's cool. So if someone has a great idea, we can always collaborate with other individuals and projects who can support the funding. Do you any idea how much it costs to create a token and a tribe associated with it?

I don't know but I think it will require at least a few hundred BEE to set everything up. Depending on whether or not you want miners and etc, it may cost more.
