I think it will be a full service financial arena. We are going to see innovation in this area that we didnt see elsewhere. Since we are moving away from a controlled system, innovation should be much greater.

There will be battles for dominating the market, human nature I surmise. It is going to be a hard upward battle. The entire concept is new and is already seeing push back from traditional financial institutions and governments.
Currently what we call DeFi is not really decentralized at all. Centralized exchanges still dominate the space. This is changing slowly with new decentralized exchanges popping up. I am optimistic for the future yet am also realistic.
Gas fees will increase as we have seen in a small way with BSC as usage increases. This is why it is important that we have gotten in early. First person to the table gets the best cut of steak!
