I don't think I will and I don't know if it's a good idea to need 100 packs for a license to earn from the game. It just doesn't seem worth it and I don't have the time to start a new game.

The above is why I'm hesitant. Time is scarce these days. 100 pack purchase to earn is certainly a high threshold.
