It would help the old people quite a bit if they could. Some of them have some teeth issues and it would make their lives a bit easier.

As I said above, I am really surprised at the lack of progress made in the dental industry.
Guess it is hard than one would think.

Probably because dentists would be out of work so they delayed any progress on that end. People wouldn't care about their appointments as much.

That could be true too.
If people didnt need to go for cleanings, that would be a major drain on their incomes.
And dentists are the cheapest ones you will ever meet.
