Yea at some point things will expire or people will get kicked off the lists. When this happens in California, I fully expect a revolt against the politicians here.

Ironic the states that are the most liberal tend to kick people off more than other states.
Florida had issues because their computer system was 35 years old. But once they got that sorted, the system went pretty well.
New York is one of the worst from what I hear.
