I believe the "eco" label on any kind of product is drawing more attention nowadays. If they can really back it up as being sustainable and stuff, it can be a smart move.

The problem is labeling your bricks "eco" opens up another can of worms. What happens if someone checks what your bricks are made of and they show it isn't any different. All I smell are law suits unless they got data to back it up.

Yes, that can happen. Personally, I think Musk is smarter than that, but I guess we'll have to wait and see

Well I think Boring is safe there.

After all the bricks are made from recycled dirt.

Well it is money for Boring Company, which isnt exactly killing it in revenues right now.

So they need to monetize all they can.

What better way to make money than dirt you dig up?

Yea it's true. Their research costs are eating up any profits they get but I don't think it bodes well to add Elon's name onto some bricks. Misuse of Tesla or Elon's name will only dilute its value in the future when they need it.

Boring is a completely separate company from Tesla although they do use those cars for testing.

As this point I dont think there is much cross pollination in the minds of people.

Elon's name, well some of the stuff he does, I dont think Boring could muck it up anymore than he does.

He has a way of dragging his own name through the mud.
