I am seating with 6 Asbuild (Site file) that am currently building at present and guess, I am not the one involved in the project and they ask me to help because for some reason they can't do it. Isn't that just crazy?

Yea that is crazy. Keeping skilled workers is something every country should do and I think it's dumb of them not to do so.
