Businesses do thrive based on the location they are mostly when making such plans it is always important to have in mind the consumers who are the audience for the business you are trying to establish, your products has to meet the right profile of your audience, so it is important to consider the age, hobbies and characteristic behavior of your audience to the products you are trying to make.

Financial plan
This is the financial budget you are planning to invest in a business and it is also dependent on some important things like the size of the business you are venturing into whether its going to be small scale business or a large scale business, the amount of money you are planning to spend into production vs the amount of profit you are planning to make, the amount of raw material you are supposed to buy which has to be in the right amount buying excess would see you wasting the production materials especially if they are materials that are highly perishable, if the quantity is not enough then you would end up struggling to meet production quantity.
Time
This is another important aspect of business planning that many business people overlook but taking a good look at this you would see that it is one of the core part of any good business, having the knowledge of the best time to start production and the importance of time in distribution.
Tax system
Every country have their own tax rate for different business and this tax rate has affected many businesses causing them to migrate all of a sudden cause they are struggling to cope with the tax rate in that country even the country favors them in all other aspect of business, the tax rate in some countries can be so scary that no matter the interest you make you still can't cover for the high tax you've paid.
Personnel and labor force
This is another important driving force in not just the business environment but in the economy of a country as a whole, it is important to know the amount of personnel you need for a business it should not exceed it so you are not forced to pay more than you can pay and it should not be below what your business needs so you don't end up over working the personnel you're employing.
