These two big dumps got eaten up quick. I'm seeing FOMO dumps but I'm not seeing any FOMO buying... still so many strong hands out there buying it all up not giving a fuck. Pretty crazy.

January gonna be wild.

You still looking to pull the trigger come February on BTC?

Yea, this rally won't be as volatile as past rallies. Though by conventional terms, it will be plenty volatile! :)

All that liquidity has to go somewhere. There is a wealth transfer that is occurring. And these transfers can get extreme.

Yep, something like $5 trillion sitting on the sidelines currently, has to go somewhere.

Great article. Thanks for transcribing the video for the lazy. I do not remember who said, "Bitcoin has no ceiling, since fiat money has no bottom", but as you correctly wrote in the world of cryptocurrencies everything can be from 0 to 100,000. Personally, I want the first option in order to have time to stock up on them, but I'm afraid this is already unrealistic.

Yea, I think the train has left the station at this point. While the pandemic was terrible no matter how you slice it, it probably sped up bitcoin adoption by years.

100%, but in a world ruled by PR everything is possible :)

Sped up everything technological.

Pulled things ahead by 2-4 years.

The 4 year market cycle for the bull run has come and 2021 will indeed be the year for massive gains in BTC and the blockchain!

Yep, I agree.

Well, there are two scenarios:

  1. Bitcoin continues to go up and up and up as we see adoption.

  2. Bitcoin goes to zero.
meaning, better have food, and a greenhouse, and guns.
Be prepared to live without electricity. Be a long way away from the big cities.

Being prepared for #1 is easy, buy as much crypto as you can afford. You're set.
Being prepared for #2 is harder, but well worth it... because you can always eat food.

So, be prepared.
I am waiting for use cases for litecoin and digibyte.
Being used to buy online goods easier than using a CC.
Then, these little dips of $1,000 will seem like nothing.

The neat thing is that you can prepare for both. :)

Though technically I don't think those are the only options. There is a possibility that governments around the world regulate bitcoin to the point it loses it's purpose. At that point the price of bitcoin would plummet.

i actually believe that will be the best outcome for bitcoin.
No govern-cement has ever stomped out the black market.

And if bitcoin was forced to go underground, its price might be $0 in dollars,
but it would have to be set to how many lambos it could buy.

(and yes, i suggest preparing for both :-)

I am with you. I can't argue about that logic at all. It is all sensible based upon what we are seeing.

This is how Wall Street works. There are different layers from the more aggressive firms like Microstrategy to the old stodgy ones like insurance companies and pension funds.

With each new layer entered, the money grows. By the time you get to pension funds and the top money managers, you are talking trillions on assets. They will be buying in lots of billions.

Good point. The dinosaurs will be the last to buy and provide some nice support after we over $100k per coin.

I don't think it's a bad idea to buy bitcoins. but my question is how dip is dip?

We just had one. Dropped from $34k to $28k. That was the dip.

by 2030 where do you think BTC and ETH would be? There are talks about correction taking btc all the way to 9500 before another bull run.. Long term it probably goes higher, short term disappointment needs to be expected

Excellent interview.
Thanks.

No one really talks about it, but if you go all the way back to 2017, Novogratz has been right on a ton of his calls. He's got a great bead on things.

He understands how this world works. Bigger picture and perspective. No charts.
I understand and relate to this kind of analytics.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Well he makes price predictions that are spot on as well. On that note, he called for $65k this year, then he mentioned $100k-$150k next year. We will see how close he is...

I agree, but to all the people who are asking when to buy, the answer is yesterday and if you did not buy yesterday, then you buy today because nobody knows what tomorrow will be.

Tony Vays say we going down to 1K but Mr Novogratz says...

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Tone Vays has been wrong so many times at this point, I don't pay attention to anything that guy says.

I was referring to the song

Novogratz even says BTC 40.000 here which is exactly the mark we wanna reach today.

He called for $65k this year several months back...

65K for 2021 is pretty bearish though
