Bitcoin is the only asset in the world that has outperformed the rise in Central Bank Balance Sheets

Bitcoin may end up being the only investment that you need

Past Financial Advisors everywhere are about to roll over in their graves as they preached diversification...

A well diversified portfolio is the key to preserving capital, growing wealth over time, and sleeping soundly at night had been the rule of thumb.

However, it is possible due to what is going on with Central Banks around the world that all the old and current finance books are completely wrong.

Yep, I said it, it's possible finance books for the last several decades have gotten it wrong!

Why do I say that you may be wondering?

Well, look no further than the activities by central banks.

Central Banks are changing the game and the big 4 are the main drivers, the names of which can be seen below:

  • Bank of England
  • Bank of Japan
  • Federal Reserve
  • European Central Bank

These big 4 have seen expanding balance sheets for the better part of the last decade and especially this past year and that doesn't appear to be changing anytime soon.

During this time of balance sheet expansion, there is only one asset that has outperformed their rate of expansion...

Can you guess what asset that is?

I'll give you a hint, it rhymes with smitcoin...

That's right, bitcoin is the only asset in the world to outperform the rise in central bank balance sheet and that remains the case on almost any time horizon.

Let me say that again...

Bitcoin is the only asset in the world that has actually outperformed the rise in central bank balance sheets!

Bitcoin is the only asset that has beat central bank balance sheet expansion...

But wait, stocks have done awesome over the last decade, haven't they done better as well?

Nope.

What about gold, it has had a massive run as of late, hasn't it outperformed as well?

Nope.

Not even the shiny yellow metal could protect you from the massive money printing going on globally...

Check it out:

Even though gold has done well recently, it still has underperformed balance sheet expansion by the big 4 Central Banks by roughly 50%!

Not that I am necessarily advocating this, but given the current backdrop and the data presented above, bitcoin may in fact be the only asset you need to invest in going forward.

Stay informed my friends.
