I wish they would switch to a #threads style posting model, having to write a long post every time is so tedious and is a main reason why I don't use the app anymore.
I have seen many short form posts on actifit, not sure what you mean.
There are some users who have a second account only for actifit posts.
I will pass on the “threads” idea though, it may be a thought ..
Sure you can do short posts I don't disagree with that. But it doesn't count as "quality" when Actifit calculates the rewards so you don't get as many afit despite lots of steps tracked. It felt more about finger fitness than total fitness

Actifit reports require a minimum of 100 characters to be rewarded. Your comment above is already 1.5x longer. 😉
