Yep I agree. I think a whitelist/blacklist managed by the community is in order
If enough people vote you into the blacklist, then your links won't show in the main feed anymore.
If you want to petition for an appeal, a poll gets posted to appeal your "muting" from the main feed and the community can vote you out of "jail"
Seems like a very reasonable, community-centered approach!
