Oddly enough I was just (re)reading on the Mandela Effect the other day. Didn't run into the newer examples you mention, though. I swear I can hear Gandalf saying "Run, you fools". Checked with my son and he says it was "Fly, you fools". But then he was born many years after the movies came out so he may be of a different timeline...
I also refuse to believe Hannibal Lecter never said "Hello, Clarice"... wtf??

Often times what we end up finding out is that scenes like this didn't exist in the actual movie or in the official cut but they did exist during the marketing campaign and in the commercials.
Like yesterday I found out right after writing this that "Mirror mirror on the wall" does exist in a few places, just not the Disney version of Snow White. This includes Grimm fairy tales which I know was read to me as a child.
