All conversions are manually done by @silverstackeruk. It depends upon his schedule as to when the tokens get issued.
If he is around, it is within a short period of time. For those times he decides to sleep, waiting is required.
That is why it is stated that it will be delivered within 24 hours on the high end.
Fortunately, it is much quicker than that in most instances.
You can watch by monitoring the @lbi-token wallet. None of the LEO is powered up until the LBI for the LEO that came in is sent out. Hence just look at the staking entries and it is easy to see what is in queue.
