My advice would be to do these things in writing (email) so there is a paper trail of your increased responsibilities, what you've asked for, what they've offered you and your results.

Threadcasts are a decided advantage for Leothreads. They are already fairly popular with some of the community members. We saw massive success with #epl during the last couple weeks of the season.
2/ This is something the platform needs to get behind. This means more than just a couple people setting them up. The development team needs to build parts of the UI to accommodate this.
Reading through I was able to get a bit of a clearer picture of what threadcast is especially when you mentioned broadcast, I guess they have similar make up right?

3/ This means set up a place where people can put the threadcasts and, more importantly, people can go to find them. This will help to stimulate engagement. It becomes a two way street for a broadcast.
That would be really nice, I know how I've struggled a lot of times to be a part of a threadcast and could not. If there had been a place made for them I would have easily found it.

Yep, threadcasts should become a feature and need a place on the ui. The perpetual reloading and scrolling is a pain in the ass though. The editor needs to be on the bottom with recent threads coming in above.
