This is great for people who are working in the restaurant industry and tending bar or anyone who does alot of entertaining in general. My Dad is always complaining that noone knows how to make a proper dry vodka martini anymore. Unless he goes to an old school supper club(still a few around here) he gets vodka with way too much dry vermouth. I don't drink martinis but I have learned how to make them the way he likes them.
