Didn't know it was edible, it has a lot of possibilites to be coocked nicely, that of yours is the most authentic though...
We don't have these mushrooms here, but we do have their taller versions that usually grow in desert after rainfall or in the hilly areas.
They can be cooked in a stew as well.
