Price Cycles in the Market - Part 2°

A warm greeting and a big hug dear readers, I am @magdiel7 (Mag) and in this opportunity I want to share with you "The price cycles". The market is composed of different cycles and one of them is the price cycle, today I want to talk to you and explain a little bit about this. In the previous post where I explained the market cycles and the Price Cycles Part 1 , I was talking that price cycles are composed of two (2) zones, one was the accumulation zone and the other was trending, in "Part 1" I talked about the accumulation zones and today, I will talk a little about the Trending.

Types of Trends

In this second part of the Price Cycles I am going to talk a little about the types of trends and how to identify them on a chart, to achieve our technical analysis and be more likely to succeed in operations. There are three (3) types of trends: Uptrend, Downtrend and Consolidation.

Uptrend

We can say that a trend is bullish when the price has risen. In general trends (primary trend), we can see that the price moves by creating higher highs and higher lows. As this trend unwinds, more investors come in to buy and push the price higher.

Bearish trend

We say that there is a downtrend when the price is relatively downward. In general trends (primary trend), we can observe how the price is leaving lower highs and lower lows. When the price is showing these movements, more investors join in to try to follow the price, causing the price to continue its downward path.

Consolidation

We say consolidation or sideways, to the horizontal movement of the price, where the highs and lows are created at the same level. It depends on where this movement is created, it can be an accumulation (if formed at the bottom of the chart, or at the end of a downtrend) or a distribution (if formed at the top of the chart, or at the end of an uptrend).

Observations

So we know that a trend is bullish, when it is creating higher highs and higher lows and bearish when it is creating lower highs and lower lows, but before a change of trend or change of polarity, we will find a consolidation or sideways. Every time the market makes a change of trend, we will notice that the highs and lows will start to be smaller or shorter, when the trend will end to start a consolidation or will make a change of trend.

Ciclos del precio en el mercado – Parte 2°

Un cordial saludo y un fuerte abrazo queridos lectores y lectoras, yo soy @magdiel7 (Mag) y en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes “Los ciclos del precio”. El mercado está compuesto por diferentes ciclos y uno de ello es el ciclo del precio, el día de hoy quiero hablarles y explicarle un poco acerca de esto. En la publicación anterior donde explicaba los ciclos del mercado y los Ciclos del precio – Parte 1º, yo hablaba que los ciclos del precio están compuestos por dos (2) zonas, una era la zona de acumulación y la otra era de tendencia, en la “Parte 1º” hable sobre las zonas de acumulación y el día de hoy, les hablare un poco sobre la Tendencia.

Tipos de Tendencias

En esta segunda parte de los Ciclos del precio les voy a hablar un poco sobre los tipos de tendencias y como poder identificarlos en un grafico, para lograr realizar nuestros análisis técnicos y tener mas probabilidades de tener éxito en las operaciones. Existen tres (3) tipos de tendencias: Tendencia alcista, tendencia bajista y consolidación.

Tendencia Alcista

Podemos decir que una tendencia es alcista cuando el precio ha subido. En las tendencias generales (Tendencia primaria), podemos ver que el precio se mueve creando máximos y mínimos mas altos. A medida que esta tendencia se va desenvolviendo, van ingresando más inversores en compra y estos empujan el precio hacia arriba.

Tendencia bajista

Decimos que hay una tendencia bajista cuando el precio relativamente va en bajada. En tendencias generales (tendencia primaria), podemos observar como el precio va dejando máximos y mínimos más bajos. Cuando el precio va mostrando estos movimientos, se van uniendo más inversores para intentar de seguir la corriente del precio, ocasionando que el precio continué su camino bajista.

Consolidación

Le decimos consolidación o lateralización, al movimiento horizontal del precio, donde los máximos y mínimos se crean al mismo nivel. Depende de donde se cree este movimiento, puede ser una acumulación (si se forma en la parte baja del grafico, o al final de una tendencia bajista) o una distribución ( si se forma en la parte alta del grafico, o al final de una tendencia alcista.

Observaciones

Entonces sabemos que una tendencia es alcista, cuando va creando máximos y mínimos más altos y es bajista cuando va creando máximos y mínimos más bajos, pero antes de un cambio de tendencia o cambio de polaridad, vamos a encontrar una consolidación o lateralidad. Cada vez que el mercado haga un cambio de tendencia, nos daremos cuenta que los puntos máximos y mínimos, van a empezar a ser más pequeños o mas cortos, ya cuando la tendencia vaya a finalizar para iniciar una consolidación o vaya a hacer un cambio de tendencia.
