In an ever-changing world, size can be a disadvantage. Size didn't help the dinosaurs when the world was changing. Size doesn't help the Pentagon. And size doesn't help a big company adjust to changing market conditions.

That's true. During the pandemic when lockdowns happened. Big retail crops went down first. They couldn't manage the expenses without business.
