Adding Binance Smart Chain to MetaMask is easy thanks to instructions at Cub Finance and other places.
From the instructions, MetaMask requires 3 pieces of information and includes space for 2 more items:
- Network Name
- New RPC URL
- Chain ID
- Symbol (optional)
- Block Explorer URL (optional)
MetaMask looks like it was made for Ethereum and anything connected to Ethereum (such as BSC).
Does anyone know where I can locate these items so I can add Hive to MetaMask?
Also, does anyone know if cryptos such as Bitcoin and Litecoin
can be added to MetaMask?

You can have those tokens on your Metamask, the problem is if you need to move them around. Not all chains are compatible with Metamask so depending on what you want to do you might need to use bridges and that can get expensive.

It looks as if I need to find a wallet that let's me handle a wide variety of cryptos, or at least lets me add them to the wallet easily.
Also, what's the difference between having crypto at a centralized exchange and having crypto in a MetaMask wallet? Isn't MetaMask just a holding facility for MetaMask wallets?

Can any of you guys recommend a good BSC to Polygon Bridge?
There are a ton, but I don't know what to trust so have been putting using them off.
Any recommendations would be a help.

I think each block chain has their own address for those tokens so it's not impossible to add those tokens into your metamask. However something you put for BSC won't work for ETH. You will have to look up the actual address for the wrapper versions of those tokens though

It's the addresses I'm looking for. Most addressed I've seen are for ERC-20s and BEP-20s. HIVE is neither, but I know it can be added to MetaMask.
Then again, If I had the relevant infor for HIVE, I should be able to add it to any wallet if I decide to leave MetaMask behind.
