I don't like those super nice slimy comment upvote people. Even if I'm not sure how much of it is due to the language barrier. But still...
'Hey Mr. Taraz, really awsome and inspiring post - btw. I love BEEs and Cats (if you have any) and also kids, but only yours! Please keep posting this amazing and wonderful words of blockchain! And I also upvoted you 100%... mkay?'
Don't worry. These people won't get support. There is absolutely nothing wrong with earning from comments or upvoting them, though.
People are people, as long as they are actually people :D

If someone writes 50 comments a day, does it matter whether they use one, two or 50 different accounts to do it?
Well Engagemt is important, so somewhat yes. It‘s worse from 50 accounts.
Why?
For example Twitter is banning people for automation scripts on accounts, but allows accounts which are dedicated to do only that by declared purpose. Instagram limits Bots only by Actions/Timeframe, they really don't care much all. On Facebook they let you do whatever you want for some time and as long as you don't get flagged manually. Then 'Houseclean' millions of accounts at a time, doesn't matter to them that they could delete you anytime prior. They just want to keep the number auf automated accounts in check.
That's everything engagement and most of the accounts will at some point start to buy featured spots or selected addspace for selfpromotion.
To conclude 1 Account with Auto-Comment is a potential tryhard/diehard account builder whos not in charge of better tools, while a bot net of 50 accounts belonging to a single entity is a farmer.
Does that make sense to you?
That's false dichotomy. I admit that my example was not a good one.
Let's assume someone has, say, 3 to 8 accounts they post manually from or have set on autovote. I see zero problem with that in itself.
