It has good intentions to make a point that no brain shall work 100% every day and if you want to GO FAR you have to go as a pact!

I can go on for hours praising LEO and its progress and its community
But to all this, there is a big disadvantage
Khal is doing 50000000 things .....
In my line of work
Don't get me wrong, in my work I am a centralized manager.
I own 2 dancing schools.
Graphics - Management - Growth - Events - Videos - Meetings - Promotion is all mine to lead and develop. So I am not some guy that does not get it. In fact, I get it 100%
The difference is that my businesses core is about my employees and my wife who is a co-owner.
If a truck hits me the dancing school will pass to my wife and she will decide its future.
A small change made instant results
6 months ago a gave some of my promotional work to my wife. She is 11 years younger than me so she had a very different eye on how we can attract other audiences.I am 38 so is hard to engage with TIKO TOK . But she did. Now we have a class with "TIKTOK" Kids which is full and we make money!
This would not happen if I kept full control of the promotion.
But what will happen if Khal gets hit by a truck.
This is a hypothetical scenario but let's make it real for 1 minute.
Will Leo survive? Will the other people can continue the project?
Will the community survive? Will Khal's legacy go on ?
What will happen to Leo's price? What will happen to all the people that support it?
Who will stop @trumpman from committing suicide?
Community & Investments
You might think that this is a dark post but a man's legacy is often his life's work.
And LEO is also about investments. If a manager has 100% of growth and projects under him if he is struck by a truck LEO is done.
The meaning
The meaning of this post is to make the leadership make some thinking, to develop a backup plan, to ease some responsibilities from khal and to suggest that some pet-projects shall be given to proven members.
If I was reading this post and I was Khal
Well in a scenario that I am Khal and i am reading this post I would think about the author.
- this guy is an ashole
- this guy is offensive. I mean hit by a truck post? really? wtf?
- this guy made me think about this situation (0.01%)
Khal m8 I hope you live 120 years and as make all LIONs rich
Just give this post a 0.01% of your thinking so you can relax your brain a little.
Even if you are not hit by a truck, no machine shall work in 100% every day!

Good thinking. I'm pretty sure Khal's Ego isn't so big that a post like this will offend him.
I also suspect that he has a back up plan. And if he hasn't, he will come up with one after reading this post ;<)

The plan, AFAIK, is for the LEO Universe to be fully decentralised in the future.
This is a pretty courageous post IMO. Khal does seem to be working non-stop. He also seems to really enjoy what he's doing. The Lion King also strikes me as a guy who will most probably have most of what you raise covered - may it never be required to come into force!
