I just had an annual review, where I'm meant to steer the conversation, sell myself, etc, etc.
As the sole provider in a fairly large family I'm literally on the cusp of losing thousands a year in benefits and concessions from the government.
I'm almost certain any raise would be counterproductive at this point.
Don't cross over that line!! It is a crazy system, isn't it?
