Yea but I read in a recent post by someone (forgot who) that the dev team isn't focused on this issue at all right now. Also if your post doesn't reach a certain amount, you get penalized for voting (smaller weight compared to normal).

True , that's one of the things I hate about Hive . We gotto change that in coming HF including the linear curation.

Everything built on Hive blockchain by default will be eligible for earning Hive .
Since #ProjectBlank is built on hive , when someone upvotes they are upvoting using their HP too . Hope I didn't confuse you.

Yes it appears it will be a proof of brain token just like anything else.
Of course, the bigger hive accounts might downvote those who are getting hive on their blanks.
But in theory, whatever the upvote value of an account, it will be given, whether it is blank, leo, hive, or any other HE token.
It is just like any other voted comment.
