Yes it appears it will be a proof of brain token just like anything else.
Of course, the bigger hive accounts might downvote those who are getting hive on their blanks.
But in theory, whatever the upvote value of an account, it will be given, whether it is blank, leo, hive, or any other HE token.
It is just like any other voted comment.
