For users, it should be cheaper than BNB Chain, which is already as cheap as most Ethereum L2s.
This also allows BNB to scale, instead of being held back by high fees, which deter gaming and social media platforms from building on L1.

It's similar to the issue I highlighted in a recent post about ETH. This allows for the token's price to keep going up and still have the network be highly used.
In my opinion, BNB needs this if price action history of last cycle repeats
