Long stories concerning determination has continuously been said by different authors of book, different motivations and in all these has caught many audience because at some point the pre stories behind that of motivation are attention driven but most times what is needed to be said about motivation most especially when it comes to finance are left untouched whereas the goodies of the outcome of determination are regularly been highlighted in the stories said about it, but this article is going to address the missing rib on determination and motivation respectively.
To a good label of english use of words and its attribution to its main target of understanding, most words are concurrently been used out of context and sometimes it is during the explanation of the said meaning of the words would the actual meaning be elaborated. Motivation:
It is okay to understand that most words especially financially related ones don't go alone when been explained, there is always a pair that is used in its description. It isn't enough to hear of a word but it is enough to know its place when giving a precise definition and used cases of it.
When the current base of what the economy is turning into though in some countries things aren't worse as it is compared to others, an empty pocket is enough to teach and motivate one to hustle and work hard so as not to go hungry.
Firstly, motivation initiates the process but is left uncompleted not until determination sets in and does the needful. Lets say for example one that is broke and is looking for financial liberation comes across written words in the form of a novel or sees a movie which has much concern on his or her current state, after the whole process is been spurn up and the urge to do better and think out better production process that can change his story.
During this process this said person would start thinking of better possible ways to have him or her selves set free from poverty. Several option are been considered, several meeting and the person might equally be pushed towards learning some handworks and some related things. All these are what motivation can do and at such it is the end product of being motivated.
Determination:
The work of determination is much more tedious and demanding than what motivation does. IN short the determining factor of if the whole process of motivation would be successful is all rested on what determination would do thereafter.
At some point and in some areas some works that we do to earn a living are so demanding in our health, time and other things but because of the fact that if we should stop we are literally cut of light and in darkness and maybe cut out of living, we continue. Most times the more reason why we continue is because if we don't who else will, if we stop with the responsibilities set around us we would be troubled and would be forced to continue regardless of what we face while working.
Most other times the more reason why we continue is because we work towards having and living a better life, helping the little we can to other and also the destinies of other people might directly or indirectly be resting on if we succeed and don't give up as some other people are looking up to this, this invariably serves as a source of motivation.
Now all the above is what determination is all about. It holds you still regardless of the fact that you would want to give up. Because of the goals set by you and the demands for them, determination holds the stronger part. Just like without water humans can't survive, such is what determination is.
