Sometimes just clear your desk, shut down your system and rest a bit, no matter how little the time allocated to it, rest creates clarity,it clears our mind, creates a sense of renewed energy that fosters more productivity. I have learnt not to joke with rest. What's your opinion? #ladiesofhive #freecompliments
You are very right. At work they are usually called active breaks, stopping work and devoting that time to clearing the mind, stretching the muscles, walking in the garden...
