Hive is about compounding. It takes time to build and grow. This is not a get rich quick scheme.
As for reputation, the score doesnt mean a great deal. Many were rigged during the bid bot era.
Just keep progressing along and embrace the positive aspects of Hive. Things are disjointed now but they are starting to come together.
