RE: Mandela Effect: So You're From the Alternate Universe.

in LeoFinancelast month (edited)

it's both conspicuous and a little funny that most of the examples i have seen draw on american culture first and foremost. therefore it's much harder for europeans to discern this sort of stuff.

a friend of mine and his girlfriend came to be mandela affected not merely after researching the examples you mentioned... but only when they found that an odd doorframe in an old farm house they had been renting in the past... had changed completely.
knowing about mandela effect made them track down the owner and they asked him. he claimed the door was in original condition and setup, being a little puzzled about the question, while they both distinctly remember it being different. ever since they see the mandela effect as real.

real life examples will definitely trump marketing or pop culture changes.

i have heard people claim they remember a different shoreline of alaska or the position of new zealand being different on a world map. others have filmed local wartime Installations and swear there have never been the flak installations for air defense they can now see in front of them, aged.

i quite happily believe those who are adamant about remembering things differently than today. i on the other hand have no such memory and can therefore not say one way or another.

nobody knows what's up on Earth ahahahaha
