I have learned a lot about rug pulls and the loses in 2021 and I wish there will be strong regulation and penalties for scammers who prey on people's ignorance and disappear with their money.This will serve as a deterrent for others

I am not sure there will be enough regulations to hold down people and this is because of the decentralized system of the crypto space. No body will be held responsible for your loss because this is a decision you made yourself.
