I don't trust the paper silver market at all. It's manipulated by the banks to cover for a continuously depreciating Dollar (and Euro, and all the rest). The premium prices on physical show that the paper market is a sham. Only physical silver for me, and I'll probably buy more if the market dips below 20 Euro (i.e. 23-24 dollar)
