flip in your mind the top part to the bottem then you have an area with a hole
Calculate squarw (assuming no hole) 20m x 20m = 400m2
3 calculate size of the hole 15m x 10m =150m2
Total area = 400m2 - 150m2 =250 m²

Ahh i see the error:

top area 5x 20 =100m2
bottem area 5x 20 =100m2
area in the middle is not (20-5-5) x5 , but (20-5)x5 =75m2

Total area 275m2
