When Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs first met in the early 70s, their bond was over their mutual love of computers, but when Steve got a job at Apple in the early days, Steve Jobs' personality went “left.” For the many irate blowups Steve Jobs had, there was also a learning lesson between the lines.

Steve Wozniak shared some memories about Jobs that should be inspiring for those who aspire to have the vision of the future. Steve Wozniak said they would wake up every morning and Steve Jobs would talk about what they just accomplished that day. Steve Wozniak went on to say that Jobs always had an abiding passion about business, and a clear understanding of where he was going with the company that he owned.
Steve Wozniak went on to say that Jobs never saw failure, even though he had many close calls. Steve Wozniak added that success comes with a constant state of mind, a mindset that you are in control, that you're in control of everything, that you're in charge of everything. Wozniak believes that this is the key to achieving great things in business.

Wozniak concluded by saying that it takes courage to follow your own vision. He shared with Steve Jobs a quote by Thomas Edison, "If you can think you can do, you can achieve." Wozniak feels that it takes courage to follow one's own dreams. He concluded by saying "I'm living proof that you can accomplish great things."

We all know Steve Jobs, but who is Steve Wozniak, the sidekick. Steve Wozniak is a software engineer, designer and entrepreneur. Together with Steve Jobs, Steve Wozniak designed the popular Apple computer.
Steve Wozniak was born in 1955 in San Jose, California. He received a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of California at San Francisco. As a student, he worked with automotive electrical engineers to improve air conditioning systems. As a result, he came up with the idea for the Personal Computer, which would incorporate a graphical user interface, making it easier for users to work on their computers.

Steve Wozniak went to graduate school at Stanford University, where he earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering. He also completed his degree in computer science, which would result in over 250 patents throughout his career. These helped him to establish a name for himself in the highly competitive field of technology start-ups.

Speaking of start-ups, Steve Wozniak just launched another venture.

Last week, Steve Wozniak , Apple's co-founder, launched his new cryptocurrency, the WOZX. Since its inclusion on December 3 in HBTC, one of the largest exchange platforms in the world, the 'token' has increased in value by 1,400%!

The WOZX is the cryptocurrency that Wozniak launched for Efforce , the new environmental 'blockchain' project that he joined last year. The platform aims to transform the energy efficiency market and allow any investor to “help the planet”. It is the second commercial venture of the legendary partner Steve Jobs.

"We created Efforce to be the first decentralized platform that enables everyone to participate and financially benefit from energy efficiency projects around the world and create significant environmental change," Wozniak explained in a statement.

So how does it all work? The WOZX token represents stake in an energy efficiency project. Energy services companies register their projects with Efforce. The projects are then financed by owners of the WOZX token which is tracked on the blockchain. Meters record the energy savings and those savings are distributed to WOZX holders’ accounts as “energy credits.”

Because this project is backed by the legendary Steve Wozniak, it's worth keeping an eye on.

This post is my personal opinion. I’m not a financial advisor, this isn't financial advise. Do your own research before making investment decisions.

Hey @rollandthomas, here is a little bit of BEER from @pouchon for you. Enjoy it!

Learn how to earn FREE BEER each day by staking your BEER.

It might not be too late to invest now but seeing the token grow already by 1400 % might unsettle some.

With the short story about the founder and the use case of the token, I second your thought that investors should check it out

Yeah, a crazy one day return.

I’m glad for Wozniak. He appears to be a genuine person that has worked very hard to reach his achievements.

Agree, one of the better visionaries out there in the tech space.

an interesting project, i was completely unaware of!

From what little information I have to work with here, this project seems extremely flimsy and I'm having trouble understanding how it promotes decentralization in the least bit.

Energy services companies register their projects with Efforce.

Sounds like a super centralized cash grab backed by an extremely famous "genius". The question I always ask is: "why are you creating a new token instead of bolstering an existing community?" There are a lot of these energy tokens out there.

I'm always very wary of left-wing attempts to monetize carbon credits and tax everyone into oblivion. Hopefully I'm wrong, I haven't done enough research on this one.

In 2021, will creating the cryptocurrency be a stronger trend?

This seems like the perfect time for that.
