My eldest son was used removing the scales off my eyes and helping me see the missing pieces of the puzzle.
Well, things change over time and it's nothing to beat yourself over. I didn't give crypto much thought until a few years ago too.

I totally agree with you. Unfortunately, inexperienced investors are not aware of this or do not pay much attention to it. If we want to survive in global markets, we need to educate ourselves.
