Having an activity in the article both increases motivation and becomes more educational. In addition, this significantly increases communication and interaction. Commenting on my post or being asked a question makes me very happy and this increases my motivation. It's probably the same for all authors.
It is also very important to reply. I'm commenting on some articles or asking questions and not getting any answers. When this happens a few times, I don't go into that author's articles again. Authors need to pay attention to these.
It is very important for all of us to realize the benefits of interaction.

This is sad but unfortunately it takes place. We need to make it a focus. For those who are not engaging, there needs to be a concerted effort to ignore those people. This means with a lack of upvotes along with not engaging with them. Until they join the party, it is time we shift the focus.

I started ignoring articles by all authors who were uninterested in questions and comments. I don't even look at their next articles. I focus more on posts from people who care and value questions and comments.
Fortunately, these people are not very numerous. Maybe they are not aware of this wonderful party.
