I know. Every time I remember Reddit, it reminds me of something not so good.
Some people say that it is a distraction during working (or studying) hours, and some have even recommended apps which block distracting online websites or apps (especially popular social media platforms). 🤓

I think it's more of shadow banning. Even my post that got 54 votes and 2 Silver awards at first was removed later and considered spam.
Maybe there's a Hive-based dapp alternative for that website! 🤔😏
