A little bit of HP gets them nothing. In my opinion, one can earn consistently by producing high quality content ( which very few can), else one has to invest moderately to get curation rewards. And both does not attract a lot of people in my opinion.

Sure, and that is the difficult part of the sell... Though once that hurdle is cleared it can potentially appeal to a heck of a lot more people...
