Not only that. I think for two nights now, I struggle to sleep. And then during the afternoon, I would take a short nap and that would make me stay awake even until 2 am. 😆

You might want to lessen the intake of caffeinated drinks (such as coffee, softdrinks, and some types of teas) and drink relaxing drinks (such as chamomile or honey) soon before you sleep. 🤓
