Cubfinance

Where I live the Cub Life not Thug Life ...

  • I have money invested on Cubfinance, a decentralized finance project on Binance Smart Chain, a part of the Binance Ecosystem.
  • It was created by @khaleelkazi and the Leofinance Dev team. And it is not only using modified code from PanCakeSwap, and GooseSwap for safety, it is Certik Certified.
  • And while no DeFi project is 100% safe, it has had a good safety record so far in it's first year of existence.
  • I have been there since the Cubfinance launch.
  • My ROI is over 125%.
  • And while the value of Cub is quite lower then it was at it's high, the original tokenomics model of Cubfinance was common through-out the DeFi Ecosystem, but the important thing is Cubfinance has evolved. And despite the big drop in price, and the bear market, I am ahead because being a liquidity provider is profitable in general.

  • As a liquidity provider I have daily earnings or profits.
  • These daily earnings over one year have far exceeded the amount of money I invested in the project, so basically I have all my investment capitol back, and the farm still pays me daily income.

Think of Cubfinance DeFi as a single family rental home.

  • You buy it knowing that your going to rent it out, for monthly income called rent payments, and over time the rent will help you pay off the mortgage.
  • Eventually, the rent will have paid off the mortgage, and now the rent payments are just income.

Cubfinance is my virtual singe family rental home

  • Every farm I am invested in has paid me back all my capitol, just like a rental property paying off my mortgage.
  • Now all my income I receive is pure income.
  • Every farm is a separate stream of income, just like every rental property.
  • If I want, I can withdrawal my funds and sell them for Bitcoin or a stablecoin, just like a rental house I sell to cash out.
  • Overtime I expect the price to have ups and downs, and I see that in practically all asset markets, while acknowledging some markets like Bonds are traditionally less volatile then other markets, like stocks.

New on Cubfinance: Variable Yield Staking

  • Cubfinence just introduced a new feature called vaiable staking.
  • This basically means the longer you stake or depositi your Cub in a time-locked vault, the higher the APR you earn on your Cub.
  • This is a perfect vehicle for a Bear Market, where you are not planning to sell, and plan on holding for long time periods.
  • One of the amazing things about Bitcoin millionaires, and that many of them bought Bitcoin and then forgot about it, so they didn't sell when the price doubled, or tripled, they waited and then when Bitcoin 1000x they became millionaires.
  • Patience is definately a virtue in cryptocurrency, and it's also good to be luck.

Last Words..

How do you view your investment in Cubfinance?

Do you see it like a rental property like me? Or do you see it differently?

I gotta keep Hive Alive on Twitter and advertise Leofinance there also. I think Twitter is the best place to advertise Threads.

These are words of wisdom. I just entered the Leoverse and started out by investing 5k CUB. Am not too sure yet, but i believe its the right thing to buy now in the dip and wait for the bull. I will be investing more definitely. Let me join the family rental.

I think the Bear Market is the perfect time to invest in undervalued projects with use cases, communities and active development; these are traits Leofinance has.

I think CUB is still a good platform and the model for earning fees to help burn CUB is sustainable. As for the kingdom, I think it's a good idea but it's too bad that the old kingdom isn't pushing out any rewards anymore. I had to rush and move my CUB to the new kingdom after I found out.

I agree the current practice of using new multi-token bridge fees to buy and burn Cub has great longterm implications for price appreciation, value creation and longevity of the project.

I was also surprised at the speed with which Leofinance is turning out new innovations and new use cases such as the new Cub Kingdom.

Admittedly, this is the first time I am hearing about Cub. I am dubious of claims of gains in this current climate given all of the liquidity issues. But, given the Leo teams re behind it, I trust it more than I do other DeFi projects. Great write up. I am going to check it out this weekend and see if Cub is the right type of investment for me at this time.

I feel the most important thing you can do is your own research to make sure this is where you want to invest your hard earned money. When you own the decision, you own both the upside rewards and the downside losses, and are better prepared mentally to deal with which ever comes.
